Career Empowerment Coach

Meet Emily

Certified Career Empowerment Coach

Throughout my 10+ year career in Human Resources, I had moments of questioning whether it was really where I wanted to be. In early 2021, I had that life change coaching call with a well-respected coach and I finally said out loud what I had been thinking internally for so many years – “I want to help people and I can’t do it the way I want to in HR”. I enrolled in a year - long coaching certification program, ‘Transformational Coaching Essentials’ through McLaren Coaching and I've been living more in my purpose every since!

Along with my certification as a HR professional, I am a Certified Career Empowerment Coach. I get to work with individuals, empowering them to see possibilities outside their current line of sight. One of my biggest passions is supporting working professionals in taking a STAND for themselves. Witnessing that stand is so powerful and I get such a kick out of being a part of others’ journeys! I get such joy out of acknowledging my clients and celebrating them at the end of our time together. It’s one of my favorite parts about being a coach!
