6 or 12-week, 60-minute sessions – to include coaching, mentoring, and consulting. Sessions on topics like a) getting to know what drives you/passions, b) must haves for new opportunity and company, c) leveraging networking (LinkedIn), d) interview prep, e) resume editing, f) knowing your worth/salary negotiations. I will provide an updated resume and optimize your LinkedIn.

Trainings and Workshops

I partner with organizations to support, coach, and develop middle managers—the leaders who have the biggest day-to-day impact on engagement, performance, and retention.

These virtual and in-person trainings are practical, interactive, and grounded in real workplace challenges. They’re designed to help managers build confidence, communicate more effectively, manage competing priorities, and lead their teams with clarity.

Through guided conversations and real-time coaching, participants gain practical tools, fresh perspective, and the confidence to lead more effectively.
